Investbanq is an AI-powered wealth operating system for family offices, asset managers, and banks. We are empowering traditional financial institutions to rapidly transform into AI-driven WealthTech players, enabling them to effectively capitalize on the growing wealth transfer to affluent millennials and other digital natives across emerging Asia and MENA. We are scaling quickly across Asia and MENA and are assembling a high‑calibre engineering team to power our next phase of growth.Role overviewAs Head of Marketing, you will build, lead, and inspire a multidisciplinary team spanning growth marketing, performance and content marketing, PR, and product marketing. You will own regional marketing with the main focus on Singapore and the broader South-East Asia market, Kazakhstan, and wider Central Asia, tailoring strategies to each territory’s regulatory landscape, cultural nuances, and channel mix.Investbanq’s startup environment brings the occasional resource constraint and rapid-fire pivot, but it also means interesting projects, direct access to the C-suite, and the freedom to experiment boldly. You can turn those challenges into opportunities to deliver measurable growth while establishing Investbanq as the go-to wealth operating platform across three high-potential regions.We are also looking for leaders who embrace efficiencies brought forward by Artificial Intelligence and are capable of interweaving AI into their day to day activities and operating in this new paradigm.Key responsibilitiesMarketing Leadershipcontinuously build on and improve the company’s marketing strategyimplement execution mechanisms and constantly build on and improve marketing operationshire, coach, and develop a high-performing team spanning growth, content, design, and marketing opspartner closely with Product, Sales, and Data to align roadmaps and surface customer insightsperforming any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as reasonably required by the Company in the course of the role.Growth & demand generationdesign and own a full-funnel growth strategy (acquisition → activation → retention) across paid, organic, and partner channelsmanage paid-media programs with rapid experimentation to hit CAC/LTV goalsdrive B2B & B2C lead-gen initiatives like email and LinkedIn outreach, newsletters, presentations, etc.implement marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns (e.g. getresponse)Brand & PRcraft and evolve Investbanq’s positioning, voice, and visual identity, ensuring consistency at every touchpointbuild and maintain strong media relationships; secure coverage, analyst mentions, and thought-leadership speaking slotsoversee community and social-media strategy to expand share-of-voice and trustcoordinate crisis communications and reputation management when neededcreate compelling pitch decks for investors, partners, and sales enablementlead submissions to industry competitions and awards, ensuring materials meet all entry criteria and deadlinesdevelop high-impact presentations for C-level speaking engagements at conferences, webinars, and investor forumsorganize owned events (virtual and in-person) and coordinate Investbanq’s participation in key industry conferences from booth design and collateral to speaker logistics and post-event lead follow-upRequirements5 + years in marketing with 3 + years leading a growth or demand-gen function, ideally in fintech, brokerage, neo-banking or SaaSproficiency in English, Russian, and Kazakhproven ability to architect and deliver end-to-end marketing strategies, with a solid grasp of every structural element from market research to post-launch optimisationskilled at scoping projects, setting crisp objectives, monitoring execution quality, and consistently hitting agreed outcomesproven expertise in executing marketing strategies for product promotion and brand visibilityHands-on proficiency with modern AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., GenAI copy/visual tools, predictive analytics, automated campaign orchestration) and a demonstrated ability to integrate AI workflows for greater efficiency and insightstrong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generationability to analyze marketing performance metrics to drive efficiency and effectivenessexperience in budget management and performance measurementproven track record of collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectivesself-directed, energetic, and fully accountable, you take responsibility for results and thrive in a fast-moving startup environmentWhat we offer:hybrid work environment: 3 days in the office, 2 days remotemodern office location in Almatyofficial employment in compliance with AIFC Employment Regulationsopportunities for professional growth and career progressionmultilingual working environmentexposure to cutting-edge AI-driven WealthTech solutionsa collaborative and inclusive corporate culture that values innovation and initiativeperiodic remote (e.g., during winter) from year 2ESOP participation from year 2Investbanq Tech Lab является частью группы компаний Investbanq, которая основана более 5 лет назад в Сингапуре.
