You’ll work alongside collaborative and committed teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as site personnel, contractors, and operations teams), provide guidance on EHS standards, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of supporting the Country EHS Director in developing and implementing EHS initiatives and ensuring compliance with Alstom and international standards, but also contribute to fostering a strong EHS culture at the site.We’ll look to you for:Supporting the WCA MD Services for EHS topicsCollaborating with internal resources to achieve EHS objectivesAssisting the Country EHS Director in performing EHS risk assessments and defining control measuresPreparing, implementing, and maintaining emergency plansCoordinating and controlling EHS activities, especially at interfaces with contractors or operational areasProviding advice and support to prevent injuries, equipment damage, and environmental pollutionRecognizing best practices and addressing violations of EHS regulations and standardsAdvising site personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to their activitiesSupporting the development and deployment of site EHS management systems aligned with Alstom and international standardsPerforming EHS legal compliance checksInforming, instructing, and training employees on safe and environmentally friendly work practicesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
