NovaKid - online-school for children 4 -12 years old, in which children remotely learn English language with natives from the US and the UK. Our customers come from more than 50 countries all over the world. We have 80K+ students and 3K+ teachers. Our international team is proud of 400+ developers / support managers and marketing gurus.We are looking for a client support manager with knowledge of German at the advanced / bi-lingual level.

Knowledge of German - Advanced (at least C1/C2)
Knowledge of English (at least B2-C2)
Experience of working in a language school welcome
Experienced PC user
Organizational skills
Ability to handle lots of information
Responsibility and care
Multi-tasking

Duties:

Support users in German by resolving issues that arise during lessons. Handle complex inquiries via chat or phone.
Assisting with translations into Italian (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)
Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)

Full time work - 40 hours per week (one working day on weekend)

We do it by encouraging children to communicate in English. To accomplish this goal we continuously strive to advance and develop new technologies, improve our teaching materials, and carefully select teachers who are experienced in working with children. During the lessons, teachers use different approaches to engage the student in the learning process, such as visual aids, TPR physical response techniques, and also interactive and collaborative learning games.Apart from that, we provide a virtual classroom with interactive features, optimized for teaching children in a remote fashion. NovaKid works straight from your browser - no need to install any additional programs or applications. All necessary materials are provided along with the NovaKid learning platform. Lessons are individual, all the teachers English-speaking.We cover Russia, Poland, and Turkey regions, are operating in Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, Italy, Czech Republic, Indonesia, etc.Novakid is welcoming talented people from all around the world!
