Deep understanding of online shopper behavior, its journey across online touchpoints and process of their activation in various channels (marketplaces, omnichannel retailers, etc)
Solid knowledge of web-design, familiarity with principles & structure of online point of sales, its navigation and product prioritization models
Mastery in content processing and understanding of its impact to search optimization
Relevant experience in Beauty, Digital and eCommerce
Ability to maintain efficiency in matrix organization and meet expectations of multiple stakeholders
Analytical and data driven mind, excellent project management skills
