Responsibilities:Arrangement of reporting related documentsActing in the interest of company, as directed by Line ManagersMaintaining a database of certificates and quality certificates in electronic formSystematization the goods by groups in related foldersControl over and tracking the validity of certificatesRequire timely provision of certificates from Procurement and SuppliersRequire product recall from the sale in case of incomplete set of supporting documentsReview certification requests, inspection reports and supporting documentation, and determine compliance status for processingProvide information to persons requesting certification, and timely update requests on certificationImplement policies and procedures on certification processConduct inspections of the requesting certification, if requiredOrganize and maintain certification filesMaintain the certificates log, and reissue certificates if anyVerification of material certificates for compliance with the Purchase Order (PO)Verification of certificates for materials compliance with the standard requirements and customer specifications Requirements:Higher technical education in the field of construction or Materials Science and TechnologyKnowledge of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, building codes and regulationsGood knowledge of technical regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and certification, metrologyReporting Skills, Computer SkillsEnglish Language is a plusKnowledge the range of productApproach the work with high responsibility applying attentiveness, accuracy, restraint in detailsComply with all Company policies and procedures Location & Work schedule:
