Join us to build your career in a stable and dynamically growing company!We are currently looking for a strong and dedicated Deputy Production Director to join our production team.We are seeking an experienced manager who can coordinate production processes, monitor performance plans, ensure compliance with quality standards, and maintain the smooth operation of equipment and personnel.If you possess strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and a results-oriented approach — we will be happy to welcome you to our team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure the fulfillment of production tasks and uninterrupted output of high-quality products;
  • Analyze product orders to determine needs in equipment, personnel, and operational procedures;
  • Assist the Production Director in organizing production planning, accounting, and timely reporting on the company’s production activities;
  • Support the Production Director in optimizing processes and improving production efficiency;
  • Strategic planning for the development of production capacities;
  • Analyze the technical capabilities of production lines and develop measures to improve their efficiency and productivity;
  • Operational control;
  • Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, sanitary requirements, and personal hygiene rules by employees;
  • Analyze the causes of non-conforming products to reduce waste and improve product quality in accordance with customer requirements;
  • Organize activities to develop, motivate, and improve the qualifications of production staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Higher technical education;
  • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
  • Production experience is essential, preferably in plastic processing (injection molding machines) and/or pad printing on polyolefins;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably managing a team of 50+ employees;
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining food safety systems (HACCP), quality management systems (ISO 9001), lean manufacturing (LEAN, 5S, 6 Sigma); knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards is a plus;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Desire for professional growth and willingness to learn new technologies;
  • Ability to build respectful and effective relationships with staff.
