Job Description:Обязанности:Leadership of the OT team in determining the strategy and key performance indicators to ensure a stable and profitable business in organized trading.Development and implementation of an investment strategy that ensures channel priorities and execution, supports the growth of profitability in key customers.Leading the development and implementation of the annual operating plan, incl. strategic initiatives, brand building, innovation, Go-to-Market strategy, goals for logistics, general and administrative expenses, financial schemes and personnel goals, ensure channel profitability according to AOP targets.Lead WCCE agenda which will be able to ensure customer`s execution / channel priorities on shelves and additional places at the level of international standards.Training a team to work with key clients to improve their skills. Increasing the potential of the team to work with key clients through collaboration and the introduction of training programs.Ensure preparation of business plans and budgets for channel to establish business targets and provide effective resource planning required to achieve business objectives.Establishes and maintains at the required level and provides further co-operation processes with other departments within the PepsiCo to receive timely support in order to achieve business objectives.   • Solid business experience at FMCG companies
  • Strong commercial understanding of market and customer structures and GTM's
  • Strong organization impact, ability to collaborate & influence beyond boundaries
  • Ability to manage intense complexity
  • Extensive sales operational experience including managing front-line sales
  • Experience in building highly capable teams & effective resource management across extensive geographies
  • Proven high-performance track record at work delivering consistent business results
