  • Ability to challenge design decisions when necessary, not limited to validating mockups
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA processes in game productionExperience testing gameplay, UI, and in-engine features (web, mobile, or desktop)Solid grasp of QA methodologies: test planning, case design, regression, and defect trackingProficiency in JIRA or similar issue tracking systemsProven ability to create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation and define testing scopeHands-on experience with API testing tools (Charles, Postman, etc.)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar)Experience with back-end validation and data-driven systems🎨 Art Tools & EngineeringStrong familiarity with 3D applications (Maya, 3ds Max), including modeling workflows, material setup, and export pipelinesExperience validating asset pipelines, content integration, and automation tools used by art and tech teamsUnderstanding of configuration and preset validation for materials, shaders, or level data⚔️ 4X Combat / Gameplay SystemsFamiliarity with Unity, including ability to navigate in-editor setups for configuration validation and gameplay logic testingUnderstanding of 4X or strategy gameplay mechanics, balancing systems, and combat data validationAbility to collaborate with game designers and technical artists to ensure gameplay consistency and system correctness🧠 Experience & Language2+ years of QA experience (ideally in game development projects)English level: B1 or highera1qa provides a testing package of consulting and organization of Quality Control procedures which includes automated testing, QA management and coordination of distributed teams on integrative projects.We help developers and system integrators deliver high-quality software and increase the level of customer satisfaction.We have professional testing teams fit for very specific purposes.
