Apply today and become part of our team!This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.ResponsibilitiesDefine the technology vision for AI/ML-driven solutions in collaboration with EPAM's clients and teamsOffer strategies to solve business challengesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver value-oriented solutions to clientsRemain informed on the latest advancements in Data Science and AIMentor and advance the organization's Data Science skillsDrive key initiatives in AI and Data ScienceRequirements6+ years of professional experience in Data Science and Machine Learning in production settingsProficiency in at least two areas: Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Vision, Time Series, or Recommendation SystemsFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or AzureExpertise in Deep Learning methodologiesProgramming skills, preferably in PythonDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectivelyB2+ level of English proficiency, both written and verbalNice to haveProven background in collaborating with clients in the Middle East regionExperience in Oil and Gas or E-commerce industriesWe offer/BenefitsWe connect like-minded people:
