Providing an expert technical support to customers, contractors, and applicators directly at construction sites. Managing and resolving complex technical challenges in the field.
Developing and optimizing concrete mix designs tailored to specific customer requirements and local materials.
Investigating customer problems, complaints and product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
Supporting the sales team by conducting product sampling, demonstrations, and trials at customer sites. Providing the technical knowledge needed to follow up on projects and specifications.
Organizing and conducting professional product presentations, seminars, and hands-on training sessions for customers, applicators, and internal teams.
Staying updated on local market trends, construction standards, and competitor activities.

Your expertise - Our strength

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the construction chemicals industry, with a deep focus on concrete or concrete admixtures and related products.
Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented approach.
Collaboration: Builds and maintains internal and external networks.
Organization – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive, improvement-focused attitude.
Language Skills: Kazakh and Russian are mandatory, English is preferred.
Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and troubleshooting.
