Requirements:

Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, etc.), 1C ЗУП 3.1 для Казахстана, Бухгалтерия 3.0 для Казахстана, Perco, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP – Administration level, ITIL / Cobit, ISO27000
Kazakh and/or Russian languages – advanced level, English language – upper intermediate level

Main responsibilities:

Support (3rd line): installing/uninstalling/repairing/configuring/supporting software products, help users in solving the technical difficulties they face during work with the software.
Searching for new solutions per business needs
Cybersecurity Awareness Training: controlling the training which is provided by Application Specialist (schedule, content, simulation results)
Development, implementation and support of the developed applications/training of users: web applications developed on Microsoft Azure platform (PMPS, NCMS), 1C ЗУП для Казахстана 3.1, 1C Бухгалтерия для Казахстана 3.0, Web Site, SharePoint sites including Intranet, Data Exchange, Teams sites
License management: license provision to users, track all software purchases and audit their usage, or lack thereof, in the case of unused paid subscriptions
Team: Control and monitor the work of all ICT support, helpdesk, and application specialists
Additional works: DFA, VPN access provision, AD restricted access to add/delete computers, ARM admin access
Exchange (for shared mailbox delegation and archiving), Guest Wi-Fi access, AD enhanced access provision
