- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including MS365, CRM, and mobile apps.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Track and manage IT assets, coordinate repairs, and prepare devices for deployment.
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, access rights, and support electronic document systems.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain support logs, generate reports, and update technical documentation.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with IT teams and vendors, train users, and communicate effectively with non-technical staff.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of MS365 and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with asset management tools and practices
- Experience with electronic document systems (a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
