- Execute strategy: Translate strategic direction (set by Head of T&S) into detailed projects, processes, and timelines.
- Systemise fraud prevention: Build scalable workflows for scam/fake detection, user verification, and abuse handling.
- Automation & tooling: Evaluate and implement tools/automation (in-house or third-party) for fraud signals, account reviews, and reporting dashboards.
- Cross-team coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, CS, and compliance teams to embed safety processes without blocking growth.
- Metrics tracking & reporting: Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
- Knowledge transfer: Act as internal subject-matter mentor to raise overall T&S maturity across the company.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling T&S processes (fraud queues, case management, confidence thresholds, automated rules, vendor workflows).
- Project/program management: Strong skills in execution, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
- Tech literacy: Familiarity with fraud detection tools, scoring systems, or ML/automation frameworks (not as a builder, but as an implementer/operator).
- Analytical mindset: Ability to define KPIs, run A/B tests, and distinguish between false positives vs genuine risk.
- English B2+.
