Production Equipment Manager

• Lead and coordinate all activities related to production equipment: design review, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to align all equipment-related activities.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify installation and functionality.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide leadership and technical support to project teams, contractors, and maintenance staff.
• Support training and knowledge transfer for operations and maintenance teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Equipment Manager, Equipment Engineer, or similar role in industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of industrial production equipment, automation systems, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for production and manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Fluency in English and Russian; proficiency in Kazakh is a plus.
