- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SEM Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other paid search best practices
- Strong understanding of key SEM performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS etc.)
- Data analytics skills (including comparative analysis of LTV, Repeat rate)
- Familiarity with tools to monitor and report on metrics, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard
- Ability to interpret metrics to create actionable insights and improve campaign performance
- Good business acumen (including market & competitive analysis, forecasting)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Work experience in travel/transport ticketing sectors
- Certification in Google Ads or similar platforms
