arrange records management and document control within the Company
control incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
provide rhythm of office transport performance, mail correspondence transportation
provide transport as per requests of employees of office, book and provide transport for meetings and seeing offs in an airport, railway station
arrange trips of drivers in Tengiz as per requests. Implement company Policy about office transport use, safety and safety inductions to visitors
control and issue visitor badges, and also control issued number of badges
work with taxi and mail delivery services
сontrol and record all calls for taxi
meet and see off visitors of the Company
Qualifications:
higher education
work experience in the respective position no less than 1 year
competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
excellent verbal and written communications skills
аttention to detail, ability to manage a high volume of work
previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
strong skills in Excel and Word
excellent customer relationship skills
demonstrable experience of being able to prioritize and manage workload to achieve end result
working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard, quality of output
possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level
