Это международная экосистема дейтинг платформ с аудиторией 500+ млн пользователей по всему миру.Мы ищем Team Lead'а в продуктовую аналитику, который будет сочетать hands-on работу и управление командой.Что вы будете делать:
- Работать как playing coach: лично вести продуктовую и маркетинговую аналитику + управлять небольшой командой.
- Разбираться в причинах изменений продуктовых и бизнес-метрик, глубоко анализировать поведение пользователей, воронки и когорты.
- Вести эксперименты: A/B-тесты, CUPED/CUPAC, proxy-метрики, оценка влияния на бизнес.
- Оценивать ожидаемый и фактический импакт продуктовых и маркетинговых инициатив.
- Руководить аналитиками: цели, развитие, качество аналитики, регулярные 1:1.
- Быть владельцем аналитической инфраструктуры: метрики, dashboards, стандарты, качество данных.
- Развивать маркетинговую аналитику (LTV, CAC, атрибуция, воронки).
- Работать со стейкхолдерами: продукт, маркетинг, лидеры направлений.
- Product thinking + systems thinking — видение продукта как целостной системы.
- Сильное критическое мышление: проверка гипотез, валидация данных, работа с неопределённостью
- Умение ясно объяснять сложную аналитику и формировать чёткие рекомендации.
- Владение Python и SQL, уверенный опыт экспериментов.
- Опыт управления командой от 1 года.
- Уровень английского — B2+ (команда англоязычная).
- Готовность работать с 9:00 до 18:00 в диапазоне GMT+4–GMT+10.
- Act as a playing coach: personally contribute to product and marketing analytics while leading the team
- Identify root causes of changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs
- Drive deep user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis to support product decisions
- Lead design, evaluation, and interpretation of experiments (A/B testing, CUPED/CUPAC, proxy metrics)
- Assess and quantify the expected and actual business impact of product and marketing initiatives
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to support product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product analysts (2 analysts + functional DE support)
- Set clear goals, expectations, and development plans for team members
- Ensure high quality of analytical outputs, insights, and recommendations
- Conduct regular 1-1s, performance reviews, and competency development
- Foster a strong data-driven culture and analytical mindset across the product organization
- Own and prioritize the analytics and data infrastructure backlog together with Data Engineering
- Translate business and product needs into analytical and data platform requirements
- Act as analytics owner for the core data platform and migration initiatives
- Ensure data quality, metric consistency, and scalability of analytics solutions
- Define and maintain standards for metrics, dashboards, experimentation, and analytical processes
- Build and scale a systematic marketing analytics framework (LTV, CAC, attribution, funnels)
- Ensure reliability and consistency of marketing signals used for decision-making
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to improve performance measurement and optimization
- Develop fast feedback loops and proxy metrics to accelerate learning and decision-making
- Serve as the main analytics partner for Product, Marketing, and key business stakeholders
- Proactively communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Balance short-term business needs with long-term analytics strategy and platform development
- Product thinking: think about the product through user behavior and metrics, understand what users actually do behind the numbers, and how metrics reflect product value
- Systems thinking: able to think both top-down and bottom-up, see the product, analytics, and data platform as a single system
- Critical thinking: question data, assumptions, and conclusions; validate insights through cross-checks and alternative hypotheses
- Use data-driven storytelling and references to support arguments
- Explain complex analytical concepts in clear and simple language
- Provide structured conclusions with clear recommendations and impact assessment
- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders and confidently present and defend analytical results
- Ownership and independence: proactively identify problems and growth opportunities without waiting for the task
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English (this is an English speaking team)
- Python, SQL.
- Ability to work 9:00 - 18:00 (between GMT+4-GMT+10 timezone)
