Product & Business Ownership:Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned airline systems and digital products.Align product strategy with airline business objectives, operational needs, and regulatory requirements.Define product KPIs, success metrics, and monitor performance post-implementation.Act as the main point of contact between business units, IT, and vendors.Business Analysis:Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from airline stakeholders (Operations, Commercial, Finance, Ground Handling, Engineering, Crew, etc.).Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis of airline processes.Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Support change management and user adoption.System Analysis:Analyze and design system integrations between airline platforms (e.g. PSS, DCS, Revenue Management, MRO, Finance, CRM).Define data flows, interfaces, and dependencies between internal and external systems.Work closely with system and business owners to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.Participate in solution design, API discussions, and data mapping.Requirements:2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.Direct experience in an airline or aviation company.Experience working with airline IT systems, such as:Passenger Service Systems (PSS)DCS / Airport SystemsRevenue ManagementCrew ManagementMRO / Engineering systemsFinance and ERP systemsExperience in system integrations and vendor-led implementations.Strong business analysis and system analysis expertise.Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.Solid understanding of airline operations and workflows.Experience working in Agile environments.Excellent documentation skills (CJM, BRD, FRD, user stories, process diagrams).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.QAZAQ AIR was established on April 1, 2015 and operated its first commercial flight on August 27, 2015.The airline is an official member of IATA and has been successfully certified under the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program since 2018.On May 6, 2025, in the presence of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Mr. To Lam, General Secretary of Vietnam, the privatization of QAZAQ AIR was completed.The shareholders of QAZAQ AIR are:

  • Central Asia Aviation Holdings Limited (part of the Vietnamese Sovico Group) – 49%
  • Kazasia Holdings Limited – 2%
On the same day, during the Kazakhstan–Vietnam Business Forum in Astana, QAZAQ AIR and Vietjet announced a strategic partnership and the launch of the new brand — Vietjet Qazaqstan.
