- 5+ years of experience in IT project management;
- solid understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and processes;
- proven experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and project risks on mid-to-large engagements;
- strong skills in coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams;
- strong practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Agile-related certifications (Scrum, Kanban), PMI;
- familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, SoS);
- experience with additional project or product management tools.
