Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled HR Executive with strong experience in international HR operations and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. The role requires frequent business travel and close coordination with regional and global teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR standards across all locationsHR Executive will be reporting to HR manager.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full HR cycle across multiple countries (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, employee relations).
Implement global HR processes and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
Support global HR initiatives such as Performance Review, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning.
Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees in international offices.Business Travel & Cross‑Location SupportTravel frequently to regional and international offices (30–70% of the time).
Deliver HR support on-site: training sessions, manager consultations, audits of HR processes.
Identify HR gaps in local offices and provide actionable recommendations.
Assist with recruitment, adaptation, and personnel issues during visits.Learning & DevelopmentOrganize and support employee training programs.
Participate in competency development and succession planning.
Support performance evaluation cycles (KPI/OKR/Performance Review).
Contribute to engagement surveys and culture-building initiatives.HR Compliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, analytics, and metrics.
Coordinate with finance and legal teams on HR‑related matters.RequirementsBachelor’s degree.
3–5+ years of HR experience in international multicultural environments.
Advanced English (Upper‑Intermediate/Advanced) — written and spoken.
Strong understanding of international HR practices and standards.
High mobility and readiness for frequent business trips.
