Today, we’re building the next generation of digital professionals: marketers, designers, coders, and creators who don’t just want a job, they want to make an impact.We’re guided by values we truly live by: putting people first, staying curious, doing excellent work, and taking ownership.And we’re just getting started.Role OverviewThe Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve enrolment targets for ADI’s portfolio of short courses. This role combines direct sales execution with team management, tactical leadership, CRM discipline, and operational rigour. The Sales Manager is accountable for the overall performance, structure, and conversion success of the local sales function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and coach a team of 2–6 SDRs to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsTake direct responsibility for converting high-intent leads and delivering personal sales outcomesMonitor and enforce CRM discipline, lead handling compliance, and accurate deal pipeline reportingImplement structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales routinesTrain and onboard new team members using ADI's proven sales modelTrack performance using sales metrics and dashboards, and act on underperformance immediatelyCoordinate with marketing to maintain lead volume, lead quality, and campaign feedback loopsIdentify, scope, and implement tactical improvements to sales process and operational efficiencyReport regularly on sales forecasts, pipeline health, individual performance, and conversion rates+5 years of B2C sales experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales leadership or team management roleProficient in Russian/Kazakh; conversational EnglishProven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team-based revenue targetsExperience managing short-cycle, high-volume sales funnelsStrong understanding of structured sales process, qualification, and objection handlingDemonstrated ability to lead performance reviews and conduct targeted coaching interventionsProficient in CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and data-driven sales reportingExcellent communication and time-management skills in remote or hybrid work environmentsSelf-directed, execution-focused, and performance-orientedExperience in student recruitment or online education sales will be a plus.What do we offer?Friendly working environment (We're dead serious!)Work self-reliantlyRemote workUnlimited access to our platform's courses (and discounts for family members)Referral ProgramPaid Time Off
