We are looking for passionate and talented interns to join the TikTok LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for live-streaming local operations and setting guidelines for creative agencies, influencers, and users, negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local content providers, building a "Live+" ecosystem through good collaborative relationships with local brands or companies.
- Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch LIVE streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, and social hot issues.
- Responsible for user growth of TikTok LIVE, improving user retention, consumption rate and Average Revenue Per User value through management of user's life cycle.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Available to start immediately for a duration of 6 months.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Russian & English to enable ongoing collaboration and communication across the Russian market.Preferred Qualifications:
- Communicating in Azerbaijani is advantageous for supporting ongoing collaboration and communication.
- Capable of multitasking, taking initiative and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
