Your Mission:
Lead and coordinate all ground handling activities at the station to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations that meet company and international standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, plan, and organize daily ground operations for flights and passengers.Manage and schedule station staff, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.Oversee service quality and flight punctuality; act quickly to resolve operational issues.Coordinate with handling agents, airport authorities, and internal teams.Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and regulatory requirements.Conduct briefings, audits, and on-the-job training for station personnel.Requirements:Higher education (university degree).Minimum 2 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in aviation.English level: Intermediate or above.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Be part of our mission to deliver reliable, safe, and passenger-focused service — every flight, every day.QAZAQ AIR was established on April 1, 2015 and operated its first commercial flight on August 27, 2015.The airline is an official member of IATA and has been successfully certified under the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program since 2018.On May 6, 2025, in the presence of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Mr. To Lam, General Secretary of Vietnam, the privatization of QAZAQ AIR was completed.The shareholders of QAZAQ AIR are:

  • Central Asia Aviation Holdings Limited (part of the Vietnamese Sovico Group) – 49%
  • Kazasia Holdings Limited – 2%
On the same day, during the Kazakhstan–Vietnam Business Forum in Astana, QAZAQ AIR and Vietjet announced a strategic partnership and the launch of the new brand — Vietjet Qazaqstan.
