We now operate 110 shops covering 25.000 sqm of retail space, spanning 21 airports in 7 countries across the globe.Headquartered in Istanbul, ATU employs more than 1.600 people worldwide, serving approximately 100 million customers annually.We're looking for a "Accounting Specialist" for Kazakhstan operationResponsibilities :
  • Perform daily accounting tasks of all accounting cycles
  • Analyse and report financial results
  • Perform month/year-end closing transactions with the team
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and other required reports
  • Prepare monthly tax returns
  • Perform periodic account reconciliations
  • Co-operate with Reporting, Budgeting and Finance teams in daily transactions, audits, closing and budget processes
  • Perform monthly TB analysis
  • Report to Head of Accounting
Qualifications & Experience :
  • BCs degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics and similar faculties
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of local tax and accounting regulations
  • Work experience in international companies (especially trade companies with involvement in import/export transactions) is an asset
  • Extensive knowledge in SAP
  • Advanced MS Excel skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills with problem-solving attitude

  • Self-motivated
  • Self-starter and pro-active
