You will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operationsResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Supporting the Field Development specialists and partially the Business Lead:
  • Create reports and recommendations; analyze and interpret large datasets
  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating projects (educational events, product launches)
  • Provide occasional on-site support for documentation and event logistics
  • Conduct market research and assess competitive environment\
Internship details:
  • Start date: January/February 2026
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Based in Almaty or Astana City
  • Working model: Primarily remote work (occasional field presence required for document assistance and event organization)
  • Working hours: 25 hours per week
Required knowledge:
  • Final year of Bachelor’s or first year of Master’s in business, economics, IT, or healthcare
  • Fluent in Russian and B2/C1 in English
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Skilled in Interpreting big data (pivot tables)
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
Would be a plus:
  • Medical education
  • Knowledge of Kazakh language
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
