As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between stakeholders and product/engineering teams. Your role is crucial in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with customer needs and strategic goals. You’ll directly influence how our financial products deliver value, usability, and scalability.ResponsibilitiesGather & analyze requirementsCollect, formalize, and prioritize business requirements from clients, product owners, and internal stakeholdersConduct workshops, interviews, and user research to uncover needs and pain pointsTranslate high-level ideas into clear business use cases and user storiesDocument & design solutionsPrepare detailed business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, acceptance criteriaDevelop As-Is and To-Be business process maps (BPMN/UML)Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks across business processesCollaborate & communicateAct as liaison between stakeholders, product managers, systems analysts, and developersFacilitate workshops and ensure alignment on business prioritiesSupport backlog refinement and sprint planningSupport development & testingProvide clarifications to development teams throughout implementationParticipate in UAT and validation to ensure business requirements are metHelp define KPIs and success criteria for new features and enhancementsContinuous improvementAnalyze product usage data and stakeholder feedback to suggest optimizationsIdentify process inefficiencies and propose enhancementsContribute to evolving BA best practices and documentation standardsRequirementsMust-have3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or fintech projectsStrong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Proven track record in documenting business requirements and preparing user stories/use casesProficiency in business process modeling (BPMN/UML)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both business and technical teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailClear written & spoken English; ability to thrive in distributed teamsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro/FigmaNice-to-haveExperience in financial services or wealth/asset management solutionsKnowledge of SQL or ability to work with data for business analysisExposure to API-driven products and system integrationsExperience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Working conditionsHybrid work environment: 3 days in the office, 2 days remoteModern office location in AlmatyOfficial employment in compliance with AIFC Employment RegulationsOpportunities for professional growth and career progressionMultilingual working environmentExposure to cutting-edge AI-driven WealthTech solutionsA collaborative and inclusive corporate culture that values innovation and initiativePeriodic remote (e.g., during winter) from year 2ESOP participation from year 2Investbanq Tech Lab является частью группы компаний Investbanq, которая основана более 5 лет назад в Сингапуре.
