- Analyze the civil explosive market and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and track competitors' strategies.
- Develop and implement the company's business development strategies.
- Create and implement regional business development strategies.
- Identify investment and growth opportunities.
- Develop collaborations with potential business partners.
- Evaluate local and international business development opportunities.
- Develop long-term growth strategies for target markets.
- Provide strategic recommendations to top management.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with local companies, governmental institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure new customer acquisition.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop new projects and manage existing projects.
- Monitor and report on project processes.
- Assess the financial feasibility of projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the civil explosives industry.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (engineering, business, or related fields preferred).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- No travel restrictions – must be willing to travel internationally and domestically as required.
