Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability;Plan, organize, and monitor daily workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;Guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of projects, services, and solutions;Act as a bridge between IT and other business units, facilitating transparent and efficient communication;Ensure technical solutions meet quality standards, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability (technical debt management);Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for team members’ professional growth;Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations;Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping scale IT operations and increase efficiency;Requirements:At least 3+ years of professional experience in IT, with a solid technical background;Proven experience in team leadership (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or IT Manager);Strong people management skills: ability to inspire, coach, and retain talent;Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and priorities;Higher education in IT or a technical discipline (Master’s degree is a plus);English proficiency at Intermediate level or above (confident communication in international environments);Knowledge of modern development, support, or DevOps practices is an advantage;Conditions:Employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, lunch break 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM;Access to a new innovative library on campus;50% discount on meals at the university cafeteria;Discounts for English language courses;Free services from the on-campus “Zhanūya” medical center;Free services from the Psychological Counseling Center for employees.SDU University – один из первых частных ВУЗов Казахстана.
