Technical Solutions & Project Planning:

- Develop and implement tailored technical solutions for complex project logistics, including route surveys, lifting plans, and cargo securing strategies.
- Provide expertise in engineering solutions for HL/OOG cargo, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. * Supplier & Sub-Contractor Management:- Establish and maintain partnerships with key sub-contractors and service providers for project execution.
- Negotiate terms, manage performance, and ensure alignment with project requirements.Route and Transport Mode Selection:
- Evaluate and select the most suitable routes and modes of transport (road, rail, sea, or air) based on cargo specifications, cost-efficiency, and safety considerations.
- Perform route surveys to assess any potential obstacles or limitations and ensure safe passage of cargo.Use of Technology and Software:
- Utilize specialized logistics and project management software to plan, track, and optimize cargo movements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, project documentation, and communication logs. * Business Development & Client Relationship Management:- Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, client engagement, and contract negotiations, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and logistical challenges.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business by delivering exceptional service and value-added solutions.What we expect:5+ years of experience in Project Logistics operations / OOG or heavy-lift logistics, preferably within an international context.Deep knowledge and practical experience with project logistics in Kazakhstan (as Project Manager/Project Engineer); * Engineering background - would be your advantage.Proficiency in specialized transport equipment and heavy machinery for oversized cargo.Experience of working with multinational teams and managing complex logistics projects. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Preference to the candidates with Customer portfolio.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
