You’d be an excellent match if you:Have at least 5 years of experience in planning or economics departments of large corporations and/or in FP&A consulting and/or with IT integration firms.Have experience developing functional designs for financial planning and analysis systems — such as budgeting, business planning, strategic planning, or investment planning — including designing methodologies and business processes.Have managed projects automating financial planning systems using modern IT solutions (e.g. SAP BPC, IBM Cognos, Oracle Hyperion Planning, 1C ERP, Anaplan, BI tools, etc.), or have been an active contributor to such projects.Possess a strong grasp of current trends in financial planning and analysis (for example, agile planning, integrated planning, rolling forecasting) and understand their underlying principles.Have experience building and using financial models in MS Excel.Have English at upper-intermediate level or higher.Hold professional certifications (CIMA, CMA, ACCA) and/or certificates demonstrating your ability to implement financial planning systems on advanced IT platforms (like SAP BPC, IBM Cognos, Oracle Hyperion Planning, 1C ERP, Anaplan, Power BI, etc.), which will be considered a plus.Are a proactive, results-oriented team player.Are ready to work across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan.Are willing to travel for business within Central Asia and the Caucasus region.Responsibilities:Lead or support the management and execution of projects.Ensure all deliverables produced by the engagement team meet quality standards.Contribute to business-development efforts: take part in tenders, prepare proposals, nurture client relationships, and support the growth of the FP&A function.KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
