Since 2016, we have been creating, implementing, and supporting software for banks, fintech companies, payment systems, and startups.Project OverviewThe Continuous Delivery department is seeking an Engineer to modernize our virtual machine environment. You will participate in a project of refactoring the current infrastructure using Ansible and Foreman to build a scalable Self-Service portal. This role is designed for long-term growth: once the VM automation is complete, you will transition into broader DevOps and SRE tasks. This includes managing CI/CD pipelines, scaling Docker/Kubernetes environments, and developing internal automation services to enhance our global delivery processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport and evolve a virtual machine infrastructure, covering the full VM lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, scaling, and decommissioning)Develop and maintain self-service VM provisioning and lifecycle workflows using ForemanAutomate operating system installation and configurationDesign and maintain Ansible automation for system configuration and software deploymentDevelop and support automated installation of proprietary applicationsOperate and troubleshoot Linux-based systems in production environmentsWork with networking components in virtualized environments (DNS, DHCP, proxies, VLANs)Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents, ensuring system stability and reliabilityMaintain technical documentation and participate in infrastructure improvementsRequirements

Strong troubleshooting skills and production mindset

Hands-on experience with virtual machines and infrastructure lifecycle managementExperience with Foremanfor provisioning and host lifecycle managementintegrating Foreman with external systems (APIs, CMDB, service catalogs)Experience with AnsibleScripting skills in Bash and/or PythonWorking knowledge of Linux systems (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting)Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) * Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and automation principles

Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent English, both written and spoken
