Position main purpose: Coordinate and provide engineering, administrative & analytical support in assessing and assigning asset strategies. Ensuring the reliability and integrity of the company's assets by assisting Reliability, Maintenance, Production Operation and Project teams in developing and assigning asset hierarchy and asset strategies.Must be Familiar with:
  • SERIP / FIRM Processes for Design for Reliability & Integrity, Asset Strategy Management, Consequence Assessment, Streamlined Reliability Centered Maintenance and ITPM Governance.
  • Structure and Content of Data Sheets, P&ID, FMEA reports and Job Packs
  • TCO Add/Change/Delete process.
  • TCO Management of Change process.
  • Knowledge of FE Reliability team, Operations and Projects organizational structures is preferrable.
Main Functions:
  • Provide cooperation between Production Operations, Maintenance, Projects and FE Reliability team to achieve all project deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Work with technical documentation to identify required asset data and develop/assign ITPM, CBM or RTF asset strategies for equipment.
  • Conduct Consequence Assessments, identify equipment criticality, develop and analyze FMEA reports.
  • Update CMMS and other SoRs with information related to asset strategy in accordance with SERIP/FIRM process.
  • Support material coordinators with information required, including preparation of SAR.
  • Develop detailed action plans to perform tasks based on set priorities. Collect, summarize and structure the information and determine the potential root causes of a problem.
  • Participate/lead meetings related job duties. Document decision made.
  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date asset strategy, provide reports and analysis based on request from line supervisor. Track implementation of recommendations.
  • Work with Projects, technical SMEs and Maintenance to address and resolve all issues related to asset strategies.
  • Act as SME for departments requiring assistance and advice on asset strategy issues.
Job Specification and requirements:
  • Education: Higher technical education.
  • Work experience: Related work experience – no less than 2 years.
  • Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English (Level 3 on TCO scale).
  • PC knowledge and skills: Fundamental in EAM (JDE E1 or similar), APM (GE Predix, Reliabuilder or similar), MS Power Apps and Power Automate (FDM, ACD and Bad Actor Tools). Advanced User in MS Office. Basics in Power BI, SharePoint.
