- Administration and maintenance of the automated banking system.
- Ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation of ABS services.
- Monitoring performance, availability, and correctness of transaction processing.
- Configuring, customizing, and updating system modules.
- Managing users, roles, and access rights.
- Supporting integrations with related IT systems and external services.
- Participating in the installation of releases, patches, and hotfixes.
- Analyzing and resolving incidents, interacting with second- and third-line support teams.
- Controlling the execution of scheduled procedures, backup processes, and data recovery.
- Maintaining operational documentation and user instructions.
- Consulting internal users on system-related matters.
- Participating in projects focused on the development and modernization of the bank’s IT landscape.
- Experience in administering the RS-Bank automated banking system for 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and development environments (TOAD/SQL Developer and other tools).
- Experience configuring and analyzing logs, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Skills in configuring and maintaining jobs, schedulers, and task schedules.
- Experience managing users, access rights, and roles in RS-Bank.
- Experience working in a project- and process-oriented environment using Agile development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
