- Maintain and enhance relationships with payment partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all payment-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings and communications with partners to ensure alignment and resolve any discrepancies.
- Oversee daily payment operations, including processing payments, reconciliations, and managing payment gateways.
- Develop and implement efficient payment processing workflows to reduce errors and increase transaction speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payment processes are integrated and optimized within the overall business operations.
- Monitor and analyze payment metrics to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on payment performance, including transaction volumes, error rates, and processing times.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of payment operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to streamline payment operations.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades that support efficient payment processing.
- Ensure a seamless and positive payment experience for customers by promptly addressing payment-related issues and inquiries.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the customer payment journey to enhance overall user experience.
- Experience in payment operations within the e-commerce sector with merchants with global reach.
- Strong understanding of global payment processing, alternative payment methods, risk management, and compliance.
- Prior experience being involved with a development team, with a focus on payments or fintech applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with global payment trends, emerging technologies, and alternative payment methods.
