- Managing and developing partners without income;
- Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions;
- Sending out communications to Affiliate Partners and collecting feedback;
- Managing project news channels;
- Working on Affiliate Partner's requests;
- Frequent questions from Affiliate Partners;
- Assistance with onboarding of new partners;
- Assistance in all CRM chats.
- Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
- Advanced user of Google Workspace.
