Project Governance & Performance Management- Lead the project governance framework.- Build and operate an enterprise-level performance cockpit tracking scope, cost, schedule, risks and benefits for the project.- Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership.- Facilitate early escalation on high-visibility or at-risk projects.2. Project Insights & Decision Support- Translate project performance data into executive insights.- Prepare decision-ready materials for investment committees.- Provide forward-looking risk and interdependency analysis.- Manage the annual capital planning cycle.3. Standards, Tools & Digital Enablement- Own and evolve the PMO toolkit.- Champion digital PM solutions and dashboards.- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of common tools.5.
