Our goal is to make people’s lives easier by offering a fast, reliable, and user-friendly payment alternative.As we actively grow and launch new products, we are expanding our team and looking for a Product Analyst.You will be the first and only analytics professional in the team, responsible for building the analytics function from scratch: from designing tracking and metrics to supporting product and growth decisions. This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundation of data culture and directly influence product strategy.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain event tracking (Amplitude / Segment / GA4 / etc.).Define and document key product metrics (NSM, activation, retention, revenue).Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities.Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the team.Set up and support lightweight data governance processes: metric glossary, definitions, data quality checks.Contribute to planning and validating experiments (A/B tests).Support product and marketing teams with data for decision-making.Requirements2–4+ years of experience as a product or data analyst, ideally in fintech or consumer products.Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, PowerBI).Experience with analytics platforms (**Amplitude – is MUST**, GA4, Segment or similar).Understanding of event-based analytics and product funnels.Ability to formalize and document metrics.Basic understanding of data governance (quality checks, metric glossary, access control).Strong self-management and prioritization skills, ability to work independently.Nice to HaveExperience setting up analytics from scratch in a startup.Python skills for data analysis and automation.Experience with event tracking via SDK/backend.Knowledge of A/B testing and statistics.Background in fintech, crypto, or investment products.What We OfferOpportunity to build the analytics and data function from the ground up.Direct collaboration with founders and the product team.Participation in creating a large-scale fintech product for CIS markets.Flexible schedule, remote work possibleBusiness trips to Georgia to work with the team on the employer’s premisesПрочая вспомогательная деятельность в сфере финансовых услуг, кроме страхования и пенсионного обеспечения
