∙ Effective Communication : Maintain effective communication throughout the team and company, acting as the owner of assigned accounts.
∙ Account Development : Identify and develop Accounts in collaboration with the sales team, engineering team.∙ Customer Presentations : Schedule appointments and prepare and deliver presentations to customers, including higher-level stakeholders within those organizations.
∙ Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with other departments (both global and local) on complex opportunities through attending and leading conference calls and meetings.
∙ Training Coordination : Create and coordinate segment-specific application training for the Sales Team through seminars and product presentations.

∙ Proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
∙ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix environments, fostering collaboration across local and global teams.
∙ Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
∙ Resilient, self-motivated, and agile, with the ability to make impactful decisions and implement actions in complex market environments.
∙ Able to work in autonomy, self-responsible with learning agility skills.
