Designing, implementing, and analyzing strategic motivation programs that enhance sales team performance, drive field execution, and improve the company’s visibility at traditional points of sales. This role oversees sales incentive frameworks, national/regional merchandising blitz days, SKU penetration initiatives (ASA), and performance reporting—ensuring alignment with the company’s key priorities and commercial targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Incentives Program Management
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales incentive structures based on business priorities.
- Collect sales performance data, calculate incentive payouts, and validate results with Sales and Finance.
- Drive motivation and engagement by introducing new formats, competitions, and reward mechanisms
- Ensure timely communication of incentive mechanics and results to field teams.
- Lead end-to-end coordination of Merchandising Blitz Days (planning, communication, tracking, reporting).
- Prepare execution guidelines, toolkits, KPIs, and briefing materials.
- Consolidate results, analyze execution gaps, and prepare clear management presentations.
- Own the monthly ASA process: selection logic, alignment, and communication.
- Analyze distribution and penetration trends to identify focus areas.
- Create monthly tracking dashboards and highlight key risks/opportunities aligned with cross-functions.
- Provide actionable insights to Sales teams to improve ASA performance.
- Coordinate with marketing stakeholders to schedule sessions.
- Track attendance, completion rates, and feedback from participants.
- Ensure training materials and resources are up-to-date and distributed on time.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze SOVI data across regions.
- Prepare monthly SOVI performance reports.
- Identify execution gaps and support field teams in action planning.
- Track progress and improvements over time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in shopper / trade marketing is preferred.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.
