- Cooperate with retail contractors (cleaning services, security, taxi providers, etc.) on all topics related to stores’ operational support.
- Cooperate with landlords on rent, utility payments, and cost control matters.
- Ensure stores are provided with stationery, household products, and PPE (uniforms, badges, bags, etc.).
- Manage waste processes and support sustainability initiatives and culture in retail operations.
- Create and publish internal “News” for retail teams on the corporate intranet.
- Maintain and coordinate the retail uniform update and distribution process.
- Support store-related operational requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain documentation and records related to contractors and operational services.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within retail support operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in retail is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of independence and initiative.
- Strong sense of responsibility and effectiveness in task execution.
- High level of empathy and service orientation.
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- English language proficiency: Intermediate+.
