Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare design engineering documentation and perform technical calculations for production facilities.Provide engineering support to ongoing and planned projects.Develop and review process documentation including process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and other process design documents.Apply production engineering processes, terminology, and industry standards in daily work.Utilize engineering software such as HYSYS and Excel for calculations, simulations, and data analysis.Use project safety tools and follow established safety procedures during engineering activities.Collect, analyze, summarize, and structure technical information required for engineering tasks.Develop and propose technical solutions within the scope of job responsibilities.Prepare and implement detailed action plans to achieve project and departmental objectives.Work independently with minimal supervision and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.Share knowledge, experience, and technical information with team members to support team objectives.Communicate ideas and technical information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal form.Job RequirementsHigher education in Process Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Design Engineer in the oil & gas or related industry.Proficiency in engineering software, including HYSYS, MS Excel, and other relevant technical tools.Knowledge of process design principles, process flow development, PFDs, and P&IDs.Understanding of production engineering processes, terminology, and industry standards.Familiarity with project safety tools and procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (TCO Level 3).Bolashak is a market leader in the provision of Technical & Engineering solutions to Kazakhstan’s Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and other industries.
