Guest Service Agents are people, who represent our Vision, Mission and Values in front of the guests. They make guests' stay unforgettable, so they return to our property again. Guest service agent greets and registers guests and provides prompt and courteous service, resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel, upgrades guests, as required. Guest Service Agent promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.What does Guest Service Agent do in Hotel?
  • Completes the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate
  • Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
  • Receives special requests from guests, and responds appropriately or forwards requests to appropriate team members for decisions and actions.
  • Promptly answers the telephone and email inquiries
  • Field guest complaints, conducting through research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results
What is REQUIRED for this position?
  • Previous experience at the same position
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English, Kazakh and Russian languages
