Join a rapidly growing community of users who choose Tothemoon for their digital transactions.About the Role:We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help develop and scale analytics infrastructure at Tothemoon.The company already has core reporting in place, but we need someone who can take ownership of data pipelines, tracking systems, BI infrastructure, and analytical insights for product and marketing teams.This role combines analytics, data engineering, and product thinking — you’ll be responsible not only for numbers, but for how data is collected, processed, and used to make decisions.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve company-wide reporting systems,
- Maintain existing marketing reports in Google Sheets,
- Transform Python scripts into scalable ETL pipelines.
- Prepare and maintain data structures for BI tools (Power BI, Metabase),
- Design and build analytical data marts in PostgreSQL and ClickHouse,
- Develop ETL processes and Airflow DAGs,
- Create dashboards and reports for business users in Metabase or Power BI.
- Monitor and maintain the existing tracking setup (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer),
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytics tools,
- Develop and implement new approaches to traffic tracking and attribution,
- Improve event schemas, funnel tracking, and cross-platform attribution logic.
- Continuously monitor product performance metrics,
- Track marketing funnel efficiency and acquisition quality,
- Identify bottlenecks and problem areas across user journeys,
- Segment traffic and user behavior to generate actionable insights,
- Proactively suggest improvements for product and marketing performance,
- Build and maintain automated alerts and Slack bots
- Notify teams about anomalies, critical events, and metric deviations.
Must have
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or BI,
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases,
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation,
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Understanding of ETL pipelines and data modeling principles,
- Experience working with analytics and tracking systems (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer)
- Experience with Airflow and workflow orchestration,
- Experience with attribution models and traffic analytics,
- Background in fintech, crypto, or high-growth digital products,
- Ability to combine technical analytics with strong product intuition.
