- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Engineering, Data, Product, IT, Security, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and design effective hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
- Drive data-driven recruitment decisions by tracking hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline diversity, candidate experience, etc.).
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the hiring process.
- Enhance candidate experience and employer branding initiatives, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share expertise on tech recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in both agency and in-house environments. Experience in a tech start-up environment is a plus.
- Strong track record of successfully hiring for engineering, product, and data roles across different seniority levels.
- Deep understanding of technical roles, skills and recruitment tools/platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, sourcing tools, job boards, etc).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Passion for innovation in recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience.
- Passionate about contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Experience in recruiting for the CIS region.
