- Own the entire technical vision and execution of the company.
- Design and evolve the system architecture: AI layer, backend, infrastructure, integrations, scalability.
- Build and lead the engineering function from early stage to growth.
- Actively code (especially at early stages): Python, AI pipelines, backend services.
- Drive development of AI agents: LLM integrations, RAG systems, NLP, voice pipelines (ASR/TTS).
- Make core decisions on stack, infrastructure, security, and performance.
- Work closely with founder on product strategy and roadmap.
- Integrate AI systems with CRMs, external APIs, and client platforms.
- Establish engineering culture, best practices, and hiring standards.
- Strong background in Python (backend + AI/ML).
- Proven experience with AI/ML systems: LLMs, NLP, agents, or production ML pipelines.
- Deep understanding of system architecture and building scalable products from scratch.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and modern backend frameworks.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, responsibility, and comfort with uncertainty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with founder and clients.
- Willingness to sometimes join late calls due to US clients and partners.
- Experience building AI products or AI startups.
- RAG systems, vector databases, multi-agent architectures.
- Voice agents (ASR/TTS), automation platforms, or HR-tech.
- Hiring and scaling engineering teams.
