- Up to 3 years of experience in industrial/building projects
- University degree, preferably in Engineering
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project;
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in Kazakh and English
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Develop cash flow analysis
- Compile and update daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
- Attend project meetings and liaise with clients as needed
- Prepare project closing reports and draft necessary documentation
- Monitor budget adherence in line with business plans
- Provide project reporting data to clients
- Maintain and update internal platforms daily
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence
- Support procurement activities, such as obtaining quotes and managing vendor relationships
