We are seeking an Order Entry Specialist with advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).Position: Remote, Full-Time. Please note: the working schedule is under EST(American) timeSunday 10.30 am to 8 pmMonday,Tuesday, Wednesday - 9am-8pm.
Thursday 8.30 am to 9 pm
Friday 8.30 am to 2 pm(only Saturday is off)Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process orders received via SMS and email in our CRM system)
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry in the system
Ideal Candidate Profile:- Very Good written English
  • Experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles might be benificial but not a must
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Has access to a reliable computer with fast internet
