Job Purpose:Responsible for Red Bull Customer & Trade activations across channels including concept development, negotiation, execution and further analysis of effectiveness.Job responsibilities:
  • be part of Customer activation strategies development: concept & design, in-store execution, negotiation, production, delivery to ensure on-time launch
  • manage coolers stock: inventory check organization, order planning, detailed analysis of placement effectiveness, providing tools for DP managers to achieve corresponding KPIs
  • develop new POSM according to channel/customer needs in collaboration with Marketing
  • analyze promo effectiveness (quarterly promo evaluation) and prepare further recommendations for adjustment
  • conduct E-com activations: be an expert in e-com trends, Customers, providing best-in-class e-com execution
Requirements:1. Education & Professional Qualification
  • Degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Finance preferable
  • English – Intermediate
  • Expert user of MS Office
2. Knowledge/Experience2+ years relevant experience in sales, key accounts, trade/customer marketing in FMCG or at Key RetailerAnalytical skills, initiative, team playerSales and Customer CommunicationsОфициальное представительство Red Bull в Казахстане.
