The successful candidate will manage key accounting functions and contribute to the strategic objectives of Air Liquide Kazakhstan, with significant opportunity for professional growth in a global organization.About the Role:As an Accountant, you'll manage key financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Kazakhstan legislation. This role provides broad accounting experience, from invoice processing and receivables management to auditor collaboration.Core Responsibilities:Financial Operations & ManagementExecute full-cycle invoice processing and manage client accounts.Conduct regular reconciliation of all settlements to ensure accuracy.Processing and reconciliation of employee expense reports in the general ledgerOversee receivables management and implement collection strategies.Reporting & Financial AnalysisPrepare and deliver timely financial reports for management review.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.Maintain the general ledger and assist in budget and forecast preparation.Compliance, Audit & CollaborationEnsure all financial operations adhere to internal procedures and Kazakhstan's legislation.Serve as a key contact for external and internal auditors.Support tax and environmental reporting submissions.Process Improvement & Special ProjectsContribute to the refinement of financial processes and internal controls.Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and manage document archiving.Are you a MATCH?What We're Looking For:We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for accuracy and a desire to learn and grow.
