Responsibities:
  • Maintain awareness of the Company’s Quality Policy and support long-term value creation through client and market activities.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities; provide basic market insights.
  • Support client identification, outreach, and relationship building; assist in arranging and following up on client meetings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, potential customers, and key industry partners.
  • Represent ILF at exhibitions and industry events to enhance company visibility.
  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partners.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in cost estimations and proposal quality reviews.
  • Prepare draft contracts (when required) and support contract review together with senior management or legal advisers.
  • Liaise with marketing, and management teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
  • Support business-related discussions by preparing required documents and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Participate in marketing activities and maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in business development is essential, with entry-level roles requiring 2+ years
  • Support strategic and business development initiatives; identify new opportunities.
  • Understand basic technical terms, EPC project phases, and compliance requirements.
  • Recognize needed updates in documentation based on client requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of CAD/DB systems is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills; effective team player.
  • Client-focused and responsive to client needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering. Master's degree preferredLanguage skills: Russian and English are mandatory - Kazakh is advantageous Professional experience: Min 5 years Conditions:
