- Maintain awareness of the Company’s Quality Policy and support long-term value creation through client and market activities.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities; provide basic market insights.
- Support client identification, outreach, and relationship building; assist in arranging and following up on client meetings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, potential customers, and key industry partners.
- Represent ILF at exhibitions and industry events to enhance company visibility.
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partners.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Assist in cost estimations and proposal quality reviews.
- Prepare draft contracts (when required) and support contract review together with senior management or legal advisers.
- Liaise with marketing, and management teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Support business-related discussions by preparing required documents and maintaining confidentiality.
- Participate in marketing activities and maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning.
- Relevant experience in business development is essential, with entry-level roles requiring 2+ years
- Support strategic and business development initiatives; identify new opportunities.
- Understand basic technical terms, EPC project phases, and compliance requirements.
- Recognize needed updates in documentation based on client requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of CAD/DB systems is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills; effective team player.
